Otsar doesn’t see disabilities, only potential abilities. As the only Jewish organization that provides services for individuals and families in all five boroughs of New York City, Otsar is widely recognized as the premiere service provider for the community. The name “Otsar” is the Hebrew word for treasure. Otsar believes that each individual with disabilities is truly a treasure – a valuable treasure that should be respected, admired, and cherished.
